For love of boat!

Maelstrom Vital 166 sea kayak on the Riviere Rouge, Mont Tremblant, Quebec, Canada
Isn't it nice to stop everything and take a moment, or lots of moments for love of boat?

I mean your beautiful sea kayak. The one you love! It's awesome to love a sea kayak. If you don't . . . yet, I hope you find one you love! Keep searching. It's worth your time.

A kayak is a great way to distract yourself from all the other stuff you could be wasting your time with!

Happy paddles and lots of sand in my shoes from a great paddle on the Riviere Rouge (the Red River) in Mont Tremblant, Quebec, Canada.

    1. Yes. The new designs look pretty busy and I don't like the outfitting on the new boats - the bungees and deck lines. I'm happy I've got a Vital and Vaag in the family! I prefer the look of the original designs.

But maybe one day I'll test paddle the smaller Flod and get a Vaag paddler to compare the Forvag to see what they've done to change what were already totally awesome sea kayak designs.

The website doesn't show the seats in the new boats. And they don't say who is manufacturing their kayaks and where they will be made or distributed. A bit of a mystery, but I'm interested to see how these new boats will do.

      Cheers.
